We are seeking an independent self starter with a positive attitude to join our Administration department working as an Accounts Specialist for Accounts Payable.
The Accounting Specialist position will perform diverse Accounts Payable duties to include ensuring vendor payments are process in a timely and accurate manner; processing daily vendor payments, monthly employee mileage reimbursements, track open purchase orders, request W9 from vendors, enter vendor setups, review agency office supplies order, maintain and update various Accounts Payable logs, and prepare completed check vouchers for scanning. This position will work closely with Program Departments Authorized Buyers to ensure proper documentations are received to process vendor payments.
