  • Overview

    We are currently looking to fill our position of Inventory Specialist servicing our Early Head Start and Head Start programs.


    The inventroy specialist tracks the inventory program operations, provides timely delivery of development materals and supplies to serve enrolled children and families. Ensures the completion of a preventative maintenance schedule, Performs on call emergency facility and maintenance duties for program sites as assigned. Assists Program Managers and the Director in planning, developing, and monitoring program services, policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.


    • High School Diploma / GED
    • A minimum of two (2) years experience, including warehouse management / inventory responsibilities
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
    • Must be 21 years of age, or older
    • A CDL license, AZ driver’s license and clean MVD report is required
    • Knowledge of HS transportation requirements/principles, DHS licensing requirements / state regulations, Occupational safety and health practices/standards
    • Have Certification in First Aid / CPR, Food Handler’s Card, and Fingerprint Clearance Card   required
    • Knowledge of Department of Child Safety reporting mandates
