  • Overview

    We are seeking a Data Assistant for our Head Start / Early Head Start Department to perform diverse data management and clerical duties. The Data Assistant is responsible for collection and input of data, record-keeping, generating reports and taking recruitment calls for the Head Start / Early Head Start department.

    Responsibilities

     

    The Data Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and providing statistical data for program reporting, conducting client phone screening/interest list interviews, and supporting the planning and development of the data systems.

     

    The Data Assistant will need to demonstrate sensitivity to all different types of families the Head Start / Early Head Start department services.

    Qualifications

    High School diploma or GED with some computer experience required

     

    Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required.

     

    Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
