We are seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist. This position is the first point of contact for the public, prospective and active clients, state agency guests, and more, so if you are cheerful, comfortable in the limelight, and seeking employment as part of a team working to create a positive future for the Valley’s young children, then Southwest Human Development is the place for you.
The ideal candidate would be an efficient, organized and professional individual with accomplished clerical skills. Duties include but not limited; answering phones, filing, copying, scheduling, scanning, sorting mail, distributing resumes, placing service calls, ordering supplies, distributing incoming faxes and other clerical duties. This position will also assist the HR Department.
