We are seeking a Manager to oversee a team of Family Counselors and Family Support Specialists in our Family Preservation and Family Reunification programs. The goal of both programs is to enhance the well-being of children and their biological families who are referred to the program by the Department of Child Safety (DCS).
Duties include but are not limited to supervising staff, reviewing documentation, coordinating with DCS and other providers; providing clinical oversight, and ensuring quality service and contract compliance.

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Social Work or Professional Counseling) and currently holding a license for clinical/independent practice or eligible for that within two months of date of hire required (LCSW or LPC).
Behavioral Health Licensure in the State of Arizona is strongly preferred.
Previous staff supervision and strong clinical writing skills also required.
Experience with child welfare programs and in-home (home-visiting) family services.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in is critical.
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
